About Slopeworx

Dan Anctil

Since the late 90s, Dan has worked the heavy construction trade, putting himself through college via hard work and endless hours managing job sites, operating heavy equipment, and seeing projects through to completion.

In 2008, Dan graduated college with a degree in Business Administration. This gave him the tools needed to break out on his own in the industry. Through mutual relationships, he started SlopeWorx with partners Jeff Doran and Brandon Pierzga. Together, they specialize in all aspects of Mountain and Commercial excavation.
Jeff Doran
Jeff Doran has a lifelong passion for earthmoving and heavy equipment. In 2011, Jeff was hired to assist in the construction of Killington, Vermont’s new Peak Lodge. This was Jeff’s first dive into the management of all aspects of a construction project. From here, Jeff continued to operate, installing and repairing snowmaking, building bike trails, and managing projects throughout the east coast.

In 2017 Jeff moved to Park City, UT where he continued to apply his experience as an operator and site manager for various companies installing snowmaking pipe, trail building and other mountain excavation projects. He was a part of the construction of the new trails at Snowbasin, Wasatch Peaks Ranch and Woodward Park City. As an owner of Slopeworx, Jeff has helped guide the company through the successful completion of multiple projects at Eagle Point, Park City, Sleeping Giant, and Woodward Park City to name a few.
Brandon Pierzga
Brandon always knew he wanted to work in the outdoors, working the land through heavy equipment operation. With long term goals in mind, he knew he’d have to earn knowledge and experience through application of self. Starting at the bottom with little experience in the early 2000s, Brandon knew he needed to work every aspect of the construction world if he had any chance of making it on his own as a business owner.

After years of working for major excavation companies, he found the confidence through like minded co-owners to break out on his own. Thus, Slopeworx was born. Every day, Brandon applies the learned experiences of 20+ years in the industry to make Slopeworx the success it is today.
